FIELD: making steels for parts of mining and concentrating production working under conditions of high impact loading, such as excavator bucket teeth, taper mill wear plates, etc. SUBSTANCE: proposed cast wear-resistant steel contains the following components, mass-%: carbon, 0.80-0.95; silicon, 0.20-0.40; manganese, 8.00-9.50; chromium, 1.2-1.45; nickel, 0.95-1.10; nitrogen, 0.025-0.045; phosphorus, no more than 0.070; the remainder being iron.
