<p>The invention relates to flying vehicles, that are more light than an air. The apparatus comprises: elements of a framework, bags, which are filled by gas, means for capture of cargo as well as means for release of ballast. The elements of the framework consist of: a rigid external ring an internal ring, that is performed in the form of toroid, a hollow central rack and bracing means. The bracing means collects together the elements of the framework. The internal ring and the external ring are connected together by means of the radial cylindrical casings. The central rack is performed in the form of a vertical multi-section axial cylinder. There are provided containers with a gas, between of which the bags are positioned. The internal ring is performed with a cross section in the form of rectangular. The cylinder is performed with an expansion in the bottom part for accommodation of equipment and with an expansion in the top part for accommodation of emergency valves of helium system. There are a cargo module and the ballast, which are suspended by means of cable bracket systems, each of which consists of: a cable polyspast system in the top part of the suspension bracket, a cable polyspast system in the bottom part of the suspension bracket, cables for uniform load distribution onto the external ring, as well as a drum, a driving means for the drum and a means for cable casting. The invention is intended for an aerodynamic stability improvement.</p> |
