FIELD: construction and repair of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: vertical anchors are turned into trench bottom at sides of pipeline. Load-bearing belt is applied to pipeline to connect anchors Horizontal and vertical displacement compensators are placed between anchors and belt. Horizontal and vertical displacements of pipeline are detected by system consisting of ball joint made in form of two-three links of pull chain secured on top of anchor tie-rod. Axis of load-bearing belt is preliminarily displaced to opposite side from axis of anchors through half of expected longitudinal displacement of pipeline. Vertical displacement compensator located between ball joint and load-bearing belt is made in form of elastic member at preset working travel for counter acting buoyancy forces acting onto pipeline.
