FIELD: petroleum refining industry; technology of the oily slimes refining. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of petroleum refining industry, in particular to the technological processes of the oil-bearing slimes refining and extraction hydrocarbons from them. It may be used in at refining of the liquid and pasty oily slimes, in particular of the bottom sediments, resistant oil-water emulsions, intermediate layers containing a fair quantity of mechanical impurities. The method provides for dilution of the oily slimes with petroleum, its heating and separation in the three-phase decanter centrifuge for petroleum, water and a concentrate of mechanical impurities. Residual water is separated from petroleum with the light oil fractions in the distillation column. A part of heated petroleum is returned for processing of arriving petroslimes. A solid phase, coming out of three-phase centrifuge, is subjected to additional treatment by the distillate, agitate in the mixer, heat up and separate by the two-phase centrifuge for two streams: the refined solid phase and the waste distillate, which is returned to refine the incoming slime. In the distillate used for treatment of the solid phase they add 10-70 % of liquid product of pyrolysis of auto tires. EFFECT: the invention allows to decrease the share of residual hydrocarbons in the solid phase - a concentrate of mechanical impurities, i. e. to increase the degree of separation of the concentrate of mechanical impurities from residual hydrocarbons , and decrease of power inputs. 2 cl, 4 tbl, 1 dwg
