<p>Method of isolating an endothelial cell from a biological sample using detection reagent specific against an endothelial cell surface receptor (e.g. Tie-2). This isolated endothelial cell can be used in the detection of endothelial cell antibodies, this has been proven clinically important for successful organ transplantation. Disclosed are therefore also methods of isolating endothelial cell antibodies for donor-specific crossmatching.</p> |
