The support consists of several support elements (5), which are positioned behind and/or next to each other, and are partially angled through 0-180degrees relative to a mainly horizontal surface (7). A chop is placed against each support element. Holder members (3,4) extend mainly parallel to the surface, formed by pref. first metal bars, and/or metal rods, and are positioned pref. at relative distances and parallel to each other. The horizontal surface is enclosed by a peripheral edge (2). It is moved on rails into esp. an oven, and/or placed in a roasting dish (8) etc. The support elements are at least partially coated by e.g. a Teflon coating.
