The present invention discloses a novel dampproof floor including bar panels which are connected one another by a single or double grooves and tongues thereof, that is to say, each bar panel has a groove (12) and/or a tongue (11) on one side and a tongue (11) and/or a groove (12) on its opposite side, said groove (12) has corresponding profile with the tongue (11), a dampproof adhesive tape or elastic strip is sticked on the underside of the bar panel.
