FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring anterior cruciate and external lateral ligaments of a knee joint in case of stretched capsule. One should cut the fragment out of all the layers of knee capsule, moreover, fragment's bottom is considered to be developed by tibial tuberosity. Fragment must be of a rounded shape. Tibial canal is developed. Fragment should be passed through tibial canal into joint's cavity. Femoral canal is developed. Fragment is withdrawn onto femoral surface through femoral canal to fix it with perosseous sutures. Fragment is withdrawn onto capsular surface in projection of fibular caput to fix it with perosseous suture. The method enables to create constant trophics of developed ligaments due to common nutritive pedicle and develop primary anatomical capsular state.
