FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: disinfecting agent shows the following composite, wt. -%: clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium bromide with urea, 1,0-30.0; nonionogenic surface-active substance, 0.05-0.5; sodium sulfate. 18.0-38.0; potassium hydrogen pyrophosphate, 0.01-0.15; potassium carbonate, 0.01-0.10; Trilon B, 0.5-8.0; sodium carbonate, the balance. Agent comprises phosphoric acid dialkylpolyethylene glycol esters potassium salt, or C10-C16-aliphatic acids oxyethylated monoethanolamides, or C10-C18-fatty acid polyglycol esters as nonionogenic surface-active substance. This provides high disinfecting activity of agent and it retains this activity at prolonged storage in opened container. Agent is used for disinfection of inventory, equipment and compartments.
