<p>A packet scheduling system for controlling the traffic interference between VPNs. The system comprises a queuing destination judging unit (5) for distributing inputted data packets, queuing units (7-1 to 7-n) where the distributed data packets divided by quality class are stored for each of specific groups, first-stage scheduling units (6-1, 6-m) each having read control section (8) for controlling a data packet to be read, and a second-stage scheduling unit having the first-stage scheduling units (6-1, 6-m) for each specific group and a read control unit (11) for controlling a data packet read out of the first-stage scheduling units for the respective specific groups.</p> |
