FIELD: oil and gas production, running of drowned oil wells. SUBSTANCE: technical result of process consists in provision for possibility of separation of well production into associated, mineralized, brine water and oil and gas mixture, in electrolysis of associated, mineralized, brine water only and in additional mixing of separated flows to win homogeneous oil-water-gas mixture. Process includes sinking of downhole gas generator with hydrocyclone and disperser device on tubing string into production string where well production is separated into associated, mineralized, brine water and oil and gas mixture. Gas is generated by action of electric current supplied from control station on associated, mineralized, brine water. Later mineralized brine water and oil and gas mixture are mixed to win homogeneous mixture. Gear for implementation of process includes tubing string carrying electrodes and gas generator and control station supplying electric current. Gear is fitted with hydrocyclone to separate well production into oil and gas mixture and associated, mineralized, brine water and with disperser to mix separated flows and gas released from mineralized brine water to obtain homogeneous oil and gas mixture. Thin-walled tubular diaphragm is placed between tubular anode and cathode of electrochemical reactor. Tubular diaphragm divides interelectrode space into two flow peripheral conduits for flow of associated, mineralized, brine water. Central conduit is utilized for flow of oil and gas mixture.
