FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing charging, compression, homogenization and extrusion, with extrusion procedure being performed during reversing motion of material under processing. Extruding apparatus has housing channels or ribs on its inner surface, screw or screws and nose casing with adjustable openings for extruding of material under processing operation. Nose casing is closed at its end. Side surfaces of housing and casing are provided with discharge openings. EFFECT: increased efficiency by complete utilization of drive energy and reduced wear of casing, housing and screw. 3 cl, 1 dwg
