FIELD: fish industry, in particular, production of food additives from hydrobionts and algae. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing chitosan with sea kale and packing; additionally using sugar, citric acid and apple essence; before mixing procedure, preliminarily grinding chitosan and sea kale to 3-5 mm and 0.5-1.5 mm sized particles, respectively; solving sugar and citric acid in boiled water at ratio of 1:5-1:10; adding apple essence to produced solution; mixing said components in extruder; drying granules until moisture content is 8-10% and providing repeated grinding until particle size is 0.1-0.3 mm. EFFECT: suffocated organoleptical factors, wider range of usage as prophylactic additive and wider range of biologically active additives based on chitosan. 3 ex
