<p>An event generating part (110) generates an event, which is acquired by an event acquiring part (121) and then supplied to an event providing part (122). During a mode A of operation, the event providing part (122) refers to an event table (T1) to provide the event to the corresponding application. In a case where the event is provided to a communication AP (131), the communication AP (131) is activated before this provision. On the other hand, during a mode B of operation, the event providing part (122) provides the event to a Java executing environment (140).
