FIELD: textile industry; medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting off and forming (folding) of flat articles made of textile tape, particularly, gauze napkins or gauze tampons. Proposed machine contains housing, roll holders and the following mechanisms interconnected according to processing cycle: gauze tape folding mechanism, gauge tape feeding and measuring mechanism, cross cutting mechanisms and longitudinal folding mechanism made in form of common matrix mounted on housing plate and provided with movable and fixed posts forming slots to hold moving cutoff part of gauze tape. movable punches are installed in said slots between posts for cross folding and moving napkins made of cutoff part of gauze tape in slots between posts. EFFECT: improved accuracy of folding of gauze napkins, no manual operations when making packs of napkins. 5 cl, 7 dwg |
