<p>The present invention relates to an in-vitro method for detection of colorectal lesions. The method is based on the detection of the level of expression of polypeptides and nucleic acids comprising at least portions of nucleic acids or polypeptides, the expression of which is significantly altered in association with colorectal lesions. The method of the present invention may be used for early diagnosis, assessment of prognosis and monitoring of the disease course and for therapy of colorectal lesions and vaccination of individuals against said lesions.</p> |
