FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method to produce heterophase polyolefin compounds, that include: i) a phase, during which a) propylene polymerization is exercised with formation of a crystalline propylene or ethylenic polymer, and b) execute a copolymerization of ethylene with C3-C10alpha- olefine till production of an elastomeric copolymer. The indicated stage is exercised at the presence of Ziegler-Natta catalyst; ii) a phase of treatment, during which the polymer produced at the phase of polymerization (i), contacts with: a) the compound, capable to deactivate the catalyst present at the stage of); ±) with the catalyst (2) produced by contact (I)of the compound, that contains transition metal M and at least one ligand, which with metal M forms a coordination pi- link, and (II) a cocatalyst; iii) a stage of a copolymerization, during which they execute polymerization of ethylene and C3-C10alpha- olefine at the presence of polymer, that have passed treatment similar to that of the stage (ii), and indicated catalyst (2). EFFECT: the method allows to produce the polyolefin compounds, that beside fractions of crystalline polyolefins, contain two fractions of different elastomeric polyolefins. 10 cl, 5 ex, 7 tbl
