The inventive dispenser comprises a tubular housing (1) in which a piston (9) moves step by step in the direction (x) of a discharge nozzle (18). A squeeze head (13) which can be compressed in the direction of the piston (9) and is actuated via a handle (H) and a lid (21) which closes the cross section of the opening of the discharge nozzle (18) are assigned to said discharge nozzle (18).
