<p>A moveable holding claw (18) is guided parallel to the plane of cutting, and grips the bread to be cut. The holding claw is coupled detachably to the blade link (12). Parallel guidance is provided by an arm (14) mounted on a bearing at one end. The operating handle for the blade link includes a latch (24). The free end of the arm carries a catch peg (16) guided in a groove (26) for engagement. At the end position of the blade (13), the moveable holding claw is held opposite a fixed holding claw (19). Grip spikes (21, 22) of the holding claws (18, 19) rise from one side to the other. The moving claw is guided by a support table (17) which is height-adjustable and which pivots about a horizontal axis (A-A). The support table includes a guide slot (23) for the moving holding-claw. The latch is held in engagement with the peg by spring loading (27).</p> |
