This invention discloses a treatment apparatus for converting and cleaning the waste gas from tail pipes and reuse its dynamofluidal, and its related method. The apparatus comprises a container with suitable liquid, a gas guide-in pipe and a gas discharge pipe, both of which disposed in the container, a transmission windmill disposed inside the gas pipe or outside the gas pipe. The treatment method comprises the steps of: introducing through the gas guide-in pipe gas flow from and suitable gas source comprising the waste gas from chimneys of factories, vehicles, boats, aircraft, making the waste gas interactively contacting the liquid contained in the container, thus the waste gas is purified, the oxygen consumed during the combustion, which is a source of the water of air, is balanced and compensated by water-wetting and the gas flows introduced into and discharged out of the pipes are converted as useful gas for driving the windmill to transmit the power generator to generate power of for driving other machines to operate. Therefore, the selections of combustion energy are extremely extended, the market once occupied by the petroleum only is challenged, and ultimately the atmosphere environment is improved greatly.
