The invention relates to a method for assaying epitope-specific T cells and target epitopes of reactive T cells. The present invention further relates to vectors, comprising a first promoter that can be specifically induced in antigen-presenting cells by the epitope-specific contact with a T cell, a nucleic acid functionally linked with said first promoter and encoding a marker gene, a second promoter that is constitutive in antigen-presenting cells, and a nucleic acid that is functionally linked with said second promoter. The present invention further relates to antigen-presenting cells that are transduced with the vectors according to the invention. |
