<p>An information recording device and an information recording method capable of recording a signal such as video being viewed on a television receiver by a simple operation and preventing erroneous operation of a user. The information recording device includes a recording section, a second I/O section connected to a first I/O section, an analog input terminal connected to an analog output terminal, an information acquisition section for acquiring a selection state of a first selection section by issuing a command to an information output section, and a recording section for selecting and recording an output of the second I/O section or the analog input terminal by the second selection section in the same way as the selection state.</p> |
