The roofing plate (100) has a cover element (1) and at least one holder (50) for fixing additional roof parts and a stabilising plate (60) which is to be fitted on a roof under structure. The cover element has a holding body (50) with a guide groove (53) accessible when laid from above and into which a slide shoe of a counter holder element can be inserted. The holder body can be a block placed on the upper surface of the laid cover element. The angle which the guide groove makes with the roof incline is greater than the angle which a middle plane of the cover element makes relative to the incline.
