The method involves a first arrangement (100) computing data and transmitting the data via an interface (120) to a second arrangement (130). The data are computed when a first recurring event takes place and are transmitted when a second recurring event takes place. A check for the presence of not yet transmitted data in the first arrangement is made when the second event occurs.
