FIELD: medicine, analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the composition containing the following components, wt. -%: luminol, 0.008-0.25; potassium or sodium alkali, 0.4-1.2; Trilon B, 0.008-1.5; water, the balance. Properties of composition are stable at environment temperature in the range from +2 C to +40 C and atmosphere pressure for 30 days. Invention allows determination of cations of metals with transient valence and microorganisms with high precision degree. Composition is universal and simple in using.
