Oral therapeutic or preventive drugs for pollakiuria and urinary incontinenc e or oral sleep inducers, which contain as the active ingredient compounds represented by the general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof and exhibit excellent peroral absorbability: (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen or linear or branched alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R2 is hydrogen or isopropyl; and Ar is an unsubstituted heteroaromatic group havin g two heteroatoms.
