摘要 |
ABSTRACT The present invention relates a process to prepare silicon carbide sintered body having titanium ionic thin film formed by adding a sintering adjuvant on silicon carbide powders having a certain size of ground particles and sintering them; and forming the titanium ionic thin film onto surface of the sintered silicon carbide by means of ionic-plating method. The resulting sintered body has several advantages of altering condition of skin into a normal state and removing and/or alleviating physical pain thereof by transferring electrons generated from the titanium ionic thin film to skin surface of affected part of a human body when the sintered body is adhered on the affected part. In addition to, the sintered body according to the present invention allows a smooth circulation of blood flow and relaxation of stiffen muscle, further enhances performance of varied organs in the human body. |
