FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has saddle-shaped subperiosteal implant having rest base composed of two branches with two supporting shoulders are connected thereto forming structure top with their convex parts bearing pins for dental prostheses to be set thereon. The device also has allotransplant strip or its fragments connected to the implant. The saddle- shaped structure is designed as skeleton grid built by cross-pieces arranged in a manner that they rest with their coupled ends on base branches and connected with their four opposite ends to the pins mounted at the joint place forming rest shoulders and structure top part having holes for fastening it to allotransplant and alveolar process to be repaired with prosthesis.
