A system and method for remote controlling a web page in real time. A manager managing the web page or web site can communicate in real time with at least one visitor, who accesses the web page or web site, through the web page or web site in question, and the manager can remotely control the web page or web site in real time. The system includes a manager program operated by the manager's computer, a client program operated by a visitor's computer, and an operating server for communicating between the manager and the visitor. Visitors accessing one web page can communicate with each other in real time, or the manager can communicate with the visitors in real time.
