FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: rectum should be isolated at separating its own fascia against muscular layer of rectal wall. Moreover, one should cross and ligate final branches of rectal vessels from rectosigmoid department up to superior edge of anal canal. Rectum is resected. Colon is descended and sutured to the walls of anal canal. The method enables to decrease the number of complications in patients with syndrome of chronic colostasis.
