Particles constituted of either a single element selected from the group consisting of silicon, titanium, nickel, and samarium or a carbon fluoride are disposed in such respective positions that the wave energy inherent in the element or carbon fluoride is amplified to thereby enable the particles to have, among these, a field where energy concentration occurs.
