An exercise device comprises a base having two pedals. Springs are fitted between the base and the pedals to provide resistance to the pedals. The base and pedal are joined at one end by a hinge. The base may be divided in two with a hinge, so that it may be folded and slots in the base form a handle. The device may be used while sitting or travelling to prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis or to improve circulation.
