An unqualified person driving prevention apparatus has a qualified person marker held by a person having driving qualification. This marker is continuously detected and when the marker is not detected, a predetermined measure to ensure safety is taken. The measure may be a warning to a driver through the sense of sight or the sense of hearing, or a driving stop of a vehicle. When the qualified person marker is detected during execution of the measure to ensure safety, the execution of the measure can be released. |
