The stopper (1) comprises a transverse wall (12) having a central pourer orifice (13). A skirt (14) has an interior thread which engages an exterior thread of a container neck whose opening is initially sealed by a seal. A first eccentric tooth (27) is shaped to pierce and tear the seal in a circular direction when the stopper is screwed on the neck. The body has a second tooth (28) located at the same distance for the skirt axis as the first tooth. This second tooth is placed so that at the end of screwing the opening made in the seal by the teeth is delimited by a continuous circular arc extending over an appropriate length so that access to the pourer orifice is totally disengaged.
