<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple bedpan having a bedsore-preventing function for a diaper which enables the simple disposal of the excrements of a bedridden aged person wearing a diaper, to prevent the gluteal region from soring caused by adhering excrements, and to prevent the bedsore in the lumbar and gluteal region including the sacral region. <P>SOLUTION: The bedpan comprises a bedpan body 2 and an excrement- collecting bag, wherein the bedpan body 2 comprises a circular donut-shaped air cushion 21 which is provided with a pressure-reducing and reservoir hole 22 surrounding a certain region including at least a buttock as the center and has cushion and thickness enough to assure that the pressure-reducing and reservoir hole 22 can keep a certain depth when the person lies on its back above the cushion; and the excrement-collecting bag can be formed to hold the excrements, has the bottom side held within the pressure-reducing and reservoir hole 22 of the bedpan body 2, and has the upper opening peripheral side having an extent enough to place on the circular upper surface of the bedpan body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
