PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior packaging film for deoxidization packaging for housing and hermetically sealing individually packaged contents and a deoxidize in an exterior packaging bag having barrier properties, which has properties to prevent the contents from oxidizing, getting moldy or the like and drying or absorbing moisture after the exterior packaging bag is unsealed, can be sterilized by ultraviolet rays or a gas after the individual packaging, and is well applicable to a packaging machine during the individual packaging. SOLUTION: An individually packaging bag containing the contents and the deoxidizer are put in the exterior packaging bag having gas barrier properties and hermetically packaged to obtain a packaging bag. A film of the individually packaging bag is a laminate film consisting of a non-stretched polypropylene film with a thickness of 15 to 50μm and a straight chain low density polyethylene resin layer with a thickness of 15 to 60μm and a density of 0.89 to 0.917.
