PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box, which is made in consideration of recent global environmental pollution so that it is advantageous for the environment, and can be assembled with a single operation without using a chemical adhesive. SOLUTION: According to the box, side boards 2, 3 are formed consecutively on a front board 1 via folding lines, respectively, and a back board 4 is formed consecutively on the side board 2 via a folding line. Bottom boards 5b, 5a, both having a stepped part, are formed consecutively on the front board 1 and the back board 4 via respective folding lines, respectively, and grooves 6a, 6b are formed part of the bottom boards 5a, 5b, respectively. The back board 4 has an upper board 7 and a tongue strip 8 formed consecutively on one side via respective folding lines, and tongue strips 9a, 9b formed consecutively on another side via a folding line. The side board 2 has an upper board 10a at one side and a bottom board 11a at the other side, both formed consecutively, and the side board 3 has an upper board 10b at one side and a bottom board 11b at the other side, both formed consecutively. A tongue 12a with a groove 13a formed part thereof is formed on part of the bottom board 11a, while a tongue 12b with a groove 13b formed part thereof is formed on part of the bottom board 11b.
