PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of quickly and uniformly filling ink for stamping a seal into the whole of a porous printing body without staining hands and fingers, a holder and the like with ink to easily obtain an infiltrating seal. SOLUTION: For the method for filling ink into the porous printing body 1 having an open cell, after making an ink tank abut against the porous printing body by separating them with an ink tank 2 in a state being impregnated with ink containing a polar solvent and a plastic film having a lower melting point than that of the porous printing body, the plastic film is melted by directly or indirectly irradiating it with a high frequency wave or a microwave and the ink in the ink tank is shifted to the porous printing body.
