<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralizing treatment system which comprehensively grasps the treatment of non-industrial waste, medical waste, and industrial waste for utilizing the waste as a resource. <P>SOLUTION: The centralizing treatment system includes the first step of providing one treatment center per 200,000 to 300,000 people, the second step of separating and recovering three types of waste, the third step of burning non-industrial waste and utilizing the waste heat in a power generation apparatus, cultivation plantation, or the like, the fourth step of separating waste plastics from the industrial waste, the fifth step of liquefying the remaining waste plastics, utilizing the produced oil, and the like, for power generation in a power generation apparatus and supplying the waste heat to a cultivation plantation, or the like, the sixth step of passing a waste oil together with other waste oil through a waste oil mixing apparatus and treating the waste oil in a liquefaction apparatus to produce a produced oil, the seventh step of producing compost, feed, reagents, and the like, from organic industrial waste, the eighth step of treating batteries, fluorescent lamps, heavy metals, and burned ash in an incinerator, a residue in the liquefaction apparatus, and the like, in a smelting furnace, and the ninth step of using pig urine, cattle urine, and the like, as raw materials and treating the raw materials in a fermentation tank and an ionization tank to produce a deodorant and ionized drinking water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
