PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original printing plate easy and very high in registering precision during printing. SOLUTION: Center registers BS, CS, MS and YS for different colors having a center angle tilted at a corresponding angle to the rotating angle, in one step, of a printer, are arranged on a concentric arc to a rotating center around which each of the color plates of the printer revolves, to the positioning reference of mount data. The angles of the halftone screens, to the center register, of the color plates excepting the yellow plate among the color plates, are arranged each at a position deviated 30°from the other. The angle of the halftone screen, to the center register, of the yellow plate is deviated by an integral ratio of 15°from the angles of the halftone screens, to the center registers, of the different color plates excepting the yellow plate.
