摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the back pressure of a screw of a motor-driven injection molding machine which can stably obtain a control accuracy equivalent to a feedback control with a simpler constitution under ON-OFF control without feedback control. SOLUTION: The motor-driven injection molding machine has a sensor 21, a servo motor 15, a motor 23, and a control unit 30 for controlling the motor 15 and the motor 23. The method for controlling the back pressure of the screw of the motor-driven injection molding machine comprises: the steps of setting the rotation of the motor 15 to an almost stopping state until a screw back pressure signal arrives at a first back pressure set value 31, setting the rotation of the motor 15 to a rotating state when the screw back pressure signal arrives at the first back pressure set value 31 and setting the motor 15 again to the stopping state again when the screw back pressure signal is lowered to the second back pressure set value 32 lower by a predetermined value than the first back pressure set value 31 and repeating the above steps, in a plasticizing process by the control unit 30.
