<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a cutting blade and a cut rubber with respect to the cutting member cylinder of a web printing machine. <P>SOLUTION: The first axial anvil member 4 which is arranged on the circumference of the cutting member cylinder is provided, and the second axial anvil member 6 arranged on the circumference of the cutting member cylinder is provided in opposed relation to the first axial anvil member 4. The first and the second axial anvil members are constituted so as to house a cutting member 2 between these anvil members.
