<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit having an oscillating operation stop mode with which the fault of a short-circuit having a certain incomplete resistance component at an oscillate signal output terminal can be detected. SOLUTION: An oscillation control circuit 9 is provided for selecting one of two input signals at an oscillation signal input terminal 1 and an input terminal 8 for oscillation output level set based on the input signal of an input terminal 2 for oscillation control and outputting that selected signal from an oscillation signal output terminal 4, and a feedback resistor 10 to be controlled by the input signal of the input terminal 2 for oscillation control is provided between the oscillation signal output terminal 4 and the oscillation signal input terminal 1. At the time of ordinary oscillation, an oscillating operation is performed by outputting the input signal to the oscillation signal input terminal 1 from the oscillation signal output terminal 4. At the time of oscillation stop, the oscillation signal output terminal 4 is set at an arbitrary output level based on to the input signal of the input terminal 8 for oscillation output level set and a fine leak current in the case of measuring the static power supply current of a semiconductor integrated circuit is detected, so that the incomplete short-circuit fault having a certain resistant component at the oscillation signal output terminal 4 can be detected.</p> |
