PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recorder in which noise is reduced at the time of driving by providing a means for reducing a vibration generated from a vibration generating section, e.g. a motor, at the time of driving and being transmitted to the housing. SOLUTION: The recorder comprises the housing 1 forming the outer frame of the recorder body, the vibration generating section provided on a frame 5 in the housing 1, and a means for reducing a vibration generated from the vibration generating section and being transmitted to the housing 1 wherein the means for reducing the vibration is provided with a resilient member 30 being fixed to the frame 5 and having one end touching a plane 60 for mounting the recorder.
