PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for improving the crushing efficiency and facilitating maintenance. SOLUTION: After receiving material to be crushed, which has been primarily crushed, a roll crusher 6 secondarily crushes it. This roll crusher 6 is installed under a primary crusher, and has a structure where a base 17 is equipped with a rotor part comprising a group of crushing blades 19 of a rotor body 18 fixed to a driving shaft to rotate, and a repulsion plate 24 for striking the crushed material that is rotated by the group of the crushing blades 19 to be discharged, which improves the crushing efficiency. A frame body 25 of the structure is constituted so as to be divided and separated, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the group of the crushing blades 19 and the repulsion plate 24.
