PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of accurately attaining purposes in a short time in a nucleic acid-measuring method using a nucleic acid probe labeled with a fluorescent dye, a quantitative PCR method in a real time utilizing the nucleic acid-measuring method and a method for analyzing data obtained by the quantitative PCR method in the real time. SOLUTION: The new method for measuring the nucleic acid by hybridizing the nucleic acid probe labeled with the fluorescent dye to a target nucleic acid and measuring a decrease in fluorescence emission from the fluorescent dye after the hybridization relative to fluorescence emission from the fluorescent dye before the hybridization, and the quantitative PCR method in a real time using the nucleic acid-measuring method and the data-analyzing method having a process correcting a fluorescent intensity value in annealing reaction with a fluorescent intensity value in modification reaction when analyzing data obtained by the quantitative PCR method in the real time are provided.
