PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weeding sheet having not only shading properties, but also water-permeability of hardly allowing rain water caused by rainfall or the like to remain on the surface of the sheet, and also having flame-retardancy. SOLUTION: The weeding sheet is a laminate sheet obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin film having many water-permeating holes at least on one surface of a sheet of a knitted or nonwoven fabric of a drawn yarn of a thermoplastic resin. At least one of the thermoplastic resin sheet or film contains at least one kind of a flame retardant selected from a halogen-based flame retardant, a phosphorus-based flame retardant and an inorganic flame retardant formulated therewith.
