<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an endless belt made of a polyimide resin which can improve the uniformity of a film thickness and which is easy to release a polyimide resin film from a cylindrical core and to provide the method for manufacturing the endless belt made of the polyimide resin which can deal with a wide width request characteristic and a cost and the endless belt made of the polyimide resin manufactured by the method for manufacturing the endless belt made of the polyimide resin. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the endless belt made of the polyimide resin comprises: a polyimide precursor coating film forming process of forming a polyimide precursor coating film by coating the surface of the cylindrical core with the polyimide precursor solution; a polyimide resin film forming process of forming the polyimide resin film by heating to react after once lowering a temperature after the polyimide precursor coating film is heated and dried; and a polyimide resin film releasing process of releasing the polyimide resin film from the core.
