PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a sheet in the region of a reversal device without bringing a printing surface into contact with a cylinder, in a sheet-fed rotary press for selectively performing surface printing or surface printing and back surface printing. SOLUTION: The delivery cylinders connected across the impression cylinders of both adjacent printing parts in series comprise twice or multiple delivery cylinder, twice or multiple storage cylinder and one reversal cylinder of at least one time. The outer peripheral contour 35 of the twice or multiple delivery cylinder 27 is made smaller than the circle 42 of circumference prescribed by the gripper 40 of the delivery cylinder and the outer peripheral contour 46 of the reversal cylinder 29 is made smaller than the circle 47 of circumference prescribed by the gripper 43 of the reversal cylinder.
