PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural and horticultural composition containing a sulfonamide derivative having a small effect on human, animals, natural enemies and environment, which is safe and has an excellent preventing effect on chemical resistant microorganisms. SOLUTION: This agricultural and horticultural composition contains a compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, A<SP>1</SP>, B<SP>1</SP>are independently each phenyl group which is allowed to be substituted; X<SP>1</SP>is a chemical bond; and Z<SP>1</SP>is (1) a 1-6C alkyl which is allowed to be substituted with 1-3 pieces of a 1-4C alkoxy group, (2) a 3-6C cycloalkyl or (3) an aryl] or its salt and a specific surfactant component.
